Job Description
Requirements
•
1. Coordinate daily truck scheduling, driver allocation, and local and export deliveries.
•
2. Monitor fleet utilisation, vehicle availability, productivity, and breakdowns.
•
3. Manage fuel consumption, transport costs, and operational budgets.
•
4. Ensure proper execution of freight orders, trip documentation, and monthly reconciliations.
•
5. Prepare fleet performance reports and resolve operational challenges.
•
6. Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; CILT certification is an added advantage.
•
7. Minimum 5 years’ experience in transport, fleet, or logistics operations, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
•
8. Knowledge of local and cross-border transport, fleet costing, export documentation, and ERP systems.
