Qualification Requirements:

1- Bachelor Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field.

2- At least 10 years of work experience in the banking or financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
•
3- Must have experience in leading complex operational transformation initiatives toward a “retail bank-lite” operating model.
•
4- Proven track record of strategic and performance-driven leadership with the ability to translate vision into practical execution roadmaps.
•
5- Strong knowledge of operational best practices, standardized processes, and partnership management.
•
6- Technical proficiency in banking technology, regulatory compliance, asset-liability management, and board reporting.
